We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used party supplies, balloons, food-related items, and personalized or custom products cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist you.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
